Day 1: Can Tho floating market – kayaking, biking & Homestay (B,L,D)

4:30 am begin your day with a comfortable car drive from Sai Gon down to Can Tho city in Mekong Delta. After around 3 and half an hour, we arrive the pier and board boat, quickly wake up by the bustle and hustle of the largest Cai Rang floating market. While watching skillful traders sell and buy local commodities on boats, you are offered great morning coffee, fresh fruit a bowl of hot noodle soup, breakfast starts! Leaving the market, we pay a visit at noodle workshop to learn how local people make noodles by hands in traditional way. Sample its delicious specialty called Noodle Pizza. 10:00 am, on boat, we cruise for an hour to reach the real local homestay/resort, peaceful, ecological and non-touristic. Lunch is friendly served at noon. Are you ready for exercise? Join the fantastic Kayaking in magnificent jungle lined tributaries. Enjoy your great moments paddling and relaxing under the shade of coconut trees along the bank; immerse yourselves in a peaceful rural life of South Vietnam. Afternoon is time for biking. At 2:00 pm, on lovely bicycles, we ride through silent village along the riverside; explore many fruits and plans with their great uses. 5:00 pm, at Homestay/Resort, we join the cooking activity to help local family prepare dinner and enjoy it together. Overnight at Homestay/Resort.

Day 2: Hau Giang – Can Tho floating market, motorcycling, city tour (B,L,D)

Get ready in the early morning, breakfast at Homestay/Resort then at 5:00 am we board boat to visit Phong Dien floating market. Once arriving, we move to a sampan boat for cleverly weaving among local rowing and motorized boats gathering together for trading agricultural product. Next, it is time for a not-to-be-missed part to navigate through stunning little canals cover with many plants along the bank. Take a walk heading to the cacao garden for seeing the art of making fresh chocolate and various products from cacao fruit in an organic system. Are you ready to experience Vietnamese traffic? We will start a fantastic scooter trip around countryside area. Cross river on local ferry, ride on beautiful country path, visit the gian Ficus Microcarpa tree, enjoying drinks at local coffee shop, have lunch with typical pancake at fruit orchard. It is really great to get an insights of Mekong life. Drop you off at hotel at around 3:00 pm. 5:30 pm begin a city tour on lovely electric car and sample typical street food offered in Can Tho town.

Day 3: Can Tho – Con Dao Historical Relics (B,L,D)

Enjoy buffet breakfast at hotel then check out. 8:00 am, we are ready for the morning flight at 9:50am to Con Dao, land at around 10:45 am. Car and driver welcome you at the airport and transfer for lunch then head to hotel for check in, great time for taking a nap and fill up your energy. 2:00 pm: Historical Relics tour: The Lord Building: Formerly, this house was the working place of Lord generations. you can learn about Côn Đảo history by the artifacts, antiques, photographs and materials were formed from the French colonial period to the present. Phú Hải prison: The largest of the 11 jails on the island, this prison dates from 1862. Thousands of prisoners were held here, with up to 200 prisoners crammed into each detention building. French Tiger cages: The tiger cages were deliberately constructed away from the main prison, out of sight, and only accessed by an alleyway. They were unknown to the outside world until 1970, when a US congressional aide, Tom Harkin, visited Côn Sơn and saw evidence of brutal torture of the prisoners he met there American Tiger Cages: With small and wet cell ranges were built in 1971, this prison was known as the place tortured mental and physical prisoners. This was also the first place in Côn Đảo got information about Saigon liberated. Separated Shed Place: used to livestock, mostly for cattle during French and American time. Here has a big cattle shit cell used to torture prisoners. Hàng Dương cemetery: Some 20,000 Vietnamese prisoners died on Côn Sơn and 1994 of their graves can be seen at the peaceful Hàng Dương Cemetery, located at the eastern edge of town. Sadly, only 700 of these graves bear the name of the victims. Lady Phi Yến temple: This small local temple was built in homage to Lady Phi Yến, wife of Nguyễn Ánh Lord, who was sequestered on the island. 5:00 pm: Come back the hotel, swimming, having dinner and discovering freely Côn Đảo at night.

Day 4: Con Dao Discovery (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. 9:00am: Visit Cải Prince temple and Đầm Trầu beach. Cải prince temple: the worship place of Cảnh Prince – the son of Nguyễn Ánh Lord and Lady Phi Yến. He was thrown to the sea at the age of 5 by in the angry of his own father. Đầm Trầu beach: it is a sublime but remote 700m half-moon crescent of soft sand, fringed by casuarina trees and bookended by forest-topped rocky promontories. Afternoon: visti Vân Sơn Tự pagoda and Bến Đầm port. On the way, discover famous local names, such as: Shark cape, Nhát beach, Love peak,… Vân Sơn Tự pagoda: Founded in 1964 by Hồ Chí Minh Buddhists from Vĩnh Nghiêm pagoda, the pagoda was meant to meet the spiritual needs of the living local population as well as those who have passed away. Surrounded by green forests and mountains, Vân Sơn Tự is scenic and peaceful Bến Đầm port: it located in the south of Côn Sơn island, 14 km from the town; explore why the port was located here and the local livings. It is busy days when ferries from Vũng Tàu come to Con Dao and vice versa. The port is ideal place for anchoring to avoid storm.Come back the hotel and having dinner.

Day 5: Say goodbye to Con Dao (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Côn Đảo market, go shopping freely. Check out. Guide and car take you to airport. End of the 5 day memorable journey
