DAY 1: CAN THO - AN GIANG (L, D)

Visit the beautiful Tra Su forest

6:30 am a day out to sacred & beautiful land

Let’s say goodbye to the busy Can Tho, we make a long drive, about 3 hours, to visit the beautiful Tra Su forest. Freely enjoy the wonderful nature with a range of mangrove trees, a water surface full of green duckweed, and cruising along little tunnels by speedboat and sampan. From a high tower overlooking the forest, you can easily get a panoramic view of the forest and its creatures.

11:00 am lunchtime, back to Can Tho town and discover its nightlife

Have your lunch with delicious local food in the middle of the forest. On the way back to Can Tho town, visit Long Xuyen crocodile farm, home to thousands of crocodiles. Learn how people bring up and develop business with them. Spend time at Bang Lang Stork Sanctuary (depending on the season), and watch various storks gathering together after a long day finding food. Enjoy local food & Overnight at a hotel in Can Tho.

DAY 2: CAN THO - CAI RANG - KAYAKING TRIP (B, L, D)

The largest Cai Rang floating market

5:30 am Excited morning time with the floating market and a trip to coconut hometown

Wake up, please! After warm pick-up, we board a lovely wooden boat and make our way to the largest Cai Rang floating market; catch up pretty images in the crowd of traders who are really busy trading local commodities on the boat. Visit a local noodle workshop, and learn the whole process of making rice noodles traditionally.

Dragon Fruit Farm: Hand-picking the fruit and try it right away, experience the fresh, yummy dragon fruits.

Back to the downtown, Enjoy your lunch with delicious foods at the local restaurant. Check-in at the beautiful hotel, take a short rest and be ready for the afternoon tour.

Take the bicycles for the trip around the area

1:30 pm Gather together at the restop then take the bicycles for the trip around the area. Cycling on the country roads along the riverside for exploring many kinds of fruits and plans with their great uses. Furthermore, it is along the riverside with fresh air and a cool environment which will bring you a peaceful feeling of local people here. Stop along the way to visit some local workshops (knife-making and vermicelli-making base). You may catch up with simple but lovely images of local students who come home from school on bicycles or on foot and chat with each other on the way.

Fantastic Kayaking Trip

Join the fantastic Kayaking in magnificent jungle-lined tributaries; paddle under the shade of coconut trees along the bank; and immerse yourselves in the rustic rural life of South Vietnam. In the early evening, have a warm dinner together with the tasty Mekong Delta cuisine. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 3: CAN THO - MY THO - SAI GON (B, L)

Cruising in My Tho

7:00 am cruising in My Tho - a deep understanding of how life goes here

Have local breakfast at the hotel, then the minivan brings us to My Tho for a boat trip, which takes more than a 2-hour drive. 

On arrival in My Tho, by boat, we turn on a small canal winding through the coconut jungle. Go on the small waterway, stop at a local house to see feeding bees, and enjoy honey tea. Walking along the canal to the coconut candy workshop, have a look at them making candy by hand, try some sweets, enjoy some fruits, and listen to local music as well. Drive Tuk-Tuk through coconut groves and the countryside. Keep going by rowboat on the shady palm tree canal. 

1:00 pm, taste the best Mekong chocolate before we end the journey

Chocolate Factory

Minivan later brings us to a chocolate homemade factory where “Mr Old Chocolate” built up his business not only to help cacao farmers sell cacao fruit but also to bring Vietnamese cacao products out of the world. Sample a little dark chocolate and milk, amazing taste! You are dropped off in Sai Gon center at around 4:00 pm depending on traffic.
