There is also a light meal for the long-haul with delicious foods. Furthermore, the air ticket already includes 10 kg of carry-on luggage and 23 kg of check-in luggage which is quite good for passengers with many luggage.

Vietjet Air gets to its present fame because of the low-cost tickets and this is a big advantage for them since most Vietnamese have low income and they are Vietjet’s main target. Besides, the service quality of Vietjet Air is quite good with the safe and modern planes and professional crews. Especially, Vietjet Air often releases the “0” VND tickets and many good offers to customers.

However, the biggest downside of Vietjet Air is that flight delays happen so regularly which makes customers really annoyed. Moreover, as a low-cost airline, Vietjet Air excludes the check-in luggage in their tickets which sometimes bothers their customers.
