Vietnam Airlines is the National Airlines of Vietnam, and it is always a reliable airway and gets good credits from both domestic and international passengers. We are going to learn about how Vietnam Airlines gets such good feedbacks like that:

First of all, we have to talk about its brand and experience. Vietnam Airlines was officially established in 1993 and since then Vietnam Airlines has always been the best airway in Vietnam and remains its popularity among the top of Asia’s best airways. With those 27 years of experience, Vietnam Airlines has always been trying to improve its services to bring absolute satisfaction to passengers.

Secondly, Vietnam Airlines has flights to almost everywhere in Vietnam from mountainous areas, plains to islands, and this is their biggest strength. Moreover, Vietnam Airlines has many international flights to the major cities in the world on all continents.

Finally, their planes’ cabin is wider than other airways’, so it’s very comfortable for passengers, especially for those with Claustrophobia. There is also a light meal for the long-haul with delicious foods. Furthermore, the air ticket already includes 10 kg of carry-on luggage and 23 kg of check-in luggage which is quite good for passengers with many luggage.

However, the ticket price is still something that bothers the passengers to book Vietnam Airlines tickets since it’s so pricey and much higher than other domestic aviation companies.

With those strengths and weaknesses mentioned above, hope that you collect enough information about Vietnam Airlines and consider it for your next travel.

VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company trading as Vietjet Air is the low-cost airline which is also the first privately owned airline of Vietnam. It was established in 2007 and officially went into operation at the end of 2011 with the first flight departing from Sài Gòn and arriving in Hà Nội. In 2013, Vietjet Air launched its first international flight to Bangkok, Thailand and in the same year, Thai Vietjet Air was founded as the international branch of Vietjet Air. The chairman of Vietjet Air is Ms. Nguyễn Thị Phương Thảo, the richest woman in Vietnam.

Since then, Vietjet Air is covering 18 domestic destinations like Hà Nội, TP.HCM, Buôn Mê Thuột, Cần Thơ, Chu Lai, Đà Lạt, Đà Nẵng, Đồng Hới, Hải Phòng, Huế, Nha Trang, Phú Quốc, Pleiku, Quy Nhơn, Thanh Hóa, Tuy Hòa, Vinh and 26 international destinations, but mostly in Southeast Asian and Northeast Asian countries.

From Cần Thơ, you can easily fly to the famous tourist spots of Vietnam like: Đà Lạt, Nha Trang, Đà Nẵng, Thanh Hóa, Vinh, Hải Phòng and Hà Nội.

Now, we’ll take a look at the pros and cons of Vietjet Air:

Vietjet Air gets to its present fame because of the low-cost tickets and this is a big advantage for them since most Vietnamese have low income and they are Vietjet’s main target. Besides, the service quality of Vietjet Air is quite good with the safe and modern planes and professional crews. Especially, Vietjet Air often releases the “0” VND tickets and many good offers to customers.

However, the biggest downside of Vietjet Air is that flight delays happen so regularly which makes customers really annoyed. Moreover, as a low-cost airline, Vietjet Air excludes the check-in luggage in their tickets which sometimes bothers their customers.

In short, if you try to tighten your belt, Vietjet Air is a good choice and you should be aware of the risk of flight delays you may encounter.
